David Spindler is a results-oriented business leader with a strong record of scaling companies and driving revenue growth. An LSE alumnus, he began his career at Bain & Company, developing expertise in strategy consulting within PE, healthcare and software sectors, including change management and private equity due diligence.

David furthered his strategic capabilities at Tough Mudder Inc., directing revenue management and data science to support the company's expansion. As co-founder, CCO, and CFO of Immersive Gamebox Ltd., he played a pivotal role in scaling the company from inception to over 30 global locations, achieving substantial revenue and profitability. His experience encompasses strategic planning, revenue optimization, establishing key partnerships with major corporates, and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance business performance.

  • Established B2C marketing channel mix through test-and-learn approach + analytic funnels to optimise 7-figure annual spend generating substantial in-year upside.

  • Implemented repeatable growth play books for new store openings and maturing stores reducing new store time to breakeven from 9mo to 6mo.

Commercial partnerships:

  • Identified potential partnerships aligned with each strategy pillar. Originated connections, developed, negotiated and closed partnerships with:

  • Landlords e.g. multi-site deal with leading US landlord incl grant + equity investment

  • Growth partners e.g. multinational theme park operator, large middle east multi-francisee

  • IP partners e.g. major US streamer, big-four movie studio, UK based sports league

Reporting + analytics:

  • Led cross-leadership development of OKR framework for monitoring and managing functional performance.

  • Designed and implemented data warehouse architecture (BigQuery, Dataflow) to enable real-time performance monitoring.
